About AppleCare+
The one-year limited warranty is included with every new iPhone at no extra cost. AppleCare+ is a separate, optional paid plan from Apple that extends coverage and adds accidental damage protection. It’s purchased through Apple, and eligibility rules apply.
What’s covered, and what isn’t
Exact terms are set by Apple and Samsung and can differ by model and region, but in general:
Generally covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Hardware faults under normal use, such as a faulty button or a screen that fails with no impact damage
- Battery faults outside normal wear
Generally not covered
- Accidental damage: drops, cracked screens, liquid damage
- Misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches
- Loss or theft
- Software problems caused by unofficial software, jailbreaking, or rooting
- Accessories, unless the manufacturer’s terms say otherwise
How to make a warranty claim
- Gather your details. Have your invoice or order number, your device’s serial number or IMEI, and a short description of the problem.
- Contact us first. Reach us at sales@spicemobileusa.com or call :+13059883308 and we’ll help confirm your warranty status and point you to the right service route.
- Go to an authorized provider. Take or send your device to an Apple or Samsung authorized service provider, or contact the manufacturer’s support directly.
- Back up your data. Repairs can erase your phone, so back it up before you hand it over.
Keep your proof of purchase
Your warranty runs from the original purchase date, so hold on to your invoice. If you registered your device on our site, keep the confirmation email too. It speeds up any claim.
