What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages — what is in your bag, whether you are signed in, which step of checkout you reached.

This page lists the cookies the store uses and what each group is for. The Privacy Policy explains the wider picture: what we collect, why, and the rights you can exercise.

Strictly necessary

These keep the store working and cannot be switched off. They cover the shopping bag, the checkout session, your sign-in state and the security checks that stop one browser from using another person’s session.

Blocking them does not make the site more private — it stops the bag and checkout from working at all.

Analytics

Analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and where a journey stops, in aggregate. They are used to fix pages that do not work, not to identify you.

Advertising

Where advertising or remarketing tags are in use, they are set only after consent and can be withdrawn at any time from the same control. They are never required for the store to function.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Clearing them signs you out and empties a guest bag. Your browser also exposes a per-site list, which is the clearest way to see what is currently stored.

Third-party services

Payments run through Stripe, which sets its own cookies during checkout to keep the payment session secure. The store platform itself (WordPress and WooCommerce) sets the session and cart cookies described above.
